We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and other agreed payment methods. A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.
We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
All products undergo strict quality control before shipment. We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
